The details of the plant:
Name | Description |
Reactor | Made by 245R boiler steel and have a insulation layer covered it.It is full of heat insulation cotton between them. The feedinggate is oval-shaped to feed and open with ventil easily. |
Separate system | A Gas separate and a Secondary setting tank are used to decontaminate the oil, the heavy impurity will sink, the oil will be decontaminated. |
Cooling liquefying system | There are 10 pipes(Diameter 219mm, Thickness 2mm) which linked in a sigmoid, lengthen the cooling route to 60m, the cooling pool's size is 6m*4.5m. |
Storage oil System | The oil tank's thickness is 3mm and it have a content gauge through which we can know the quantity of the oil. |
Waste gas recycling system | This design can save fuel by making the oil not liquefied burning again as fuel.We design a water seal which has a alarm, a safety value, a pressure gauge to prevent the fire back flow and ensure the safety. |
Desulfurization And Dedust system | Waste gas from fuel's burning will be desulfurated in the desulfurization deduster through TFGD and be dedusted in the water film cyclone to decontaminate the gas.

Waste gas discharge system | The gas decontaminated will be discharged into the air through a chimney with the help of a draft fan.

Feed-in system | You can use a automatic feed to feed the waste tire into the reactor automatically. |
Carbon black slag system | The carbon black will be discharged into the out gate, then it will be sent out by a heave dragon screw conveyor. |
